The Lake Forest Preservation Foundation celebrated the holidays on December 8 with members and friends at the Ralph H. Poole Estate in Lake Bluff, designed by David Adler and Henry Dangler in 1913. Guests viewed the beautiful work of the home’s renowned architects, the grounds designed by Frederick Law Olmstead, Jr., the owner’s collection of classic and eclectic art, and magnificent holiday decor as they enjoyed wine, a curated David Adler specialty cocktail and a gorgeous array of hors d’eouvres.
